The W0WTN Repeater operates on 146.25/146.85 MHz. It does not require a tone on the input, but it does offer a 67 Hz tone on the output. If you enable the 67 Hz tone squelch on your receiver it may reduce the occasions where your squelch mistakes a noise burst for the repeater signal. The range is approximately 25 miles from Watertown with a decent mobile antenna.
Tony K0TY and Kevin KB0LCR maintain a 70cm repeater that connects to SDLink. The repeater’s input is 442.000+ PL 146.2. Translation: you need to transmit on 442 MHz with an audio (‘subaudible’) tone of 145.2 Hz. The “+” means your rig must receive with a +5MHz offset, which is 447 MHz in order to access this repeater. The callsign is K0TY/R and it has a coverage range of about 20 miles from Watertown.
